I want to deep dive into a subject that is near and dear to my heart. It’s something that I have made a priority to heal and something that I see come up with a lot of the people I work with. It’s self image, which is ultimately the way you think and feel about yourself.
Your self image runs everything for your life. It determines how confident you are to show up in what you do or what you want to do in the world. It can hinder you from stepping into that next higher version or yourself and stop you from creating deep, meaningful connections with people.
It’s only been during the past few years that I’ve felt a true healing within myself, and have been able to see myself for who I really am. In this episode, I talk about how our self image can get damaged and what we can do to fix it.
